Changes in Support Contact for Thyme-IT Application

Dear Customer, as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our customer support services, we are pleased to inform you that there are new ways to contact the Descartes + Thyme-IT Support Team as of July 16, 2024. 

New portal

There is now an automated option through the Descartes Service Centre Portal. In https://servicedesk.descartes.com, you can create, update, and manage all your service requests with Thyme-IT solutions from an easy-to-use support portal. 

The benefits of the Portal include: 

  • Ensure that your support request arrives directly at the right Specialization Centre, in this case Thyme-IT 
  • Allow you to send attachments to speed up resolution. 
  • Access a solution base to provide self-help. 
  • Access to register for the Descartes Ideas Portal, providing new features in the application you use.
  • Provide visibility into your service request or incident across multiple teams so that when another individual or team takes over, all available information is accessible. 

To access the portal for the first time: 

Go to: https://servicedesk.descartes.com 

  1. Provide your email address. 
  2. Click: “forgot password” – you will be asked to enter a password that will give access to the portal.
