Exports Declarant Guidance for Using CDS v1.1

HMRC is replacing the Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight (CHIEF) with a new system, the Customs Declaration Service (CDS). This will be the only system for submitting import and export declarations from 4 June 2024. The following document provides exports declarant guidance to get businesses started with using CDS for exports.
